Here’s a few interesting Kalispell, MT data points from the last four years in real estate trends. Average sales prices have come down from the height in 2022, but definitely not crashing. Days on the market are up which is actually good for the buyers as you have more than 6 minutes to make a decision on whether you want to purchase a home or not. So glad to see those days behind us; at least for now. I find it interesting that the market is always changing. Even when it feels like it is trending solidly in one direction these charts show us it’s always in flux.
